ATHLETE DOMINANCE LEADERSHIP™
Leadership That Holds Under Pressure
Athlete Dominance Leadership™ (ADLS) is BPG’s leadership development system for athletes.
Inside BPG, leadership is not treated as personality.
It is trained as a progression.
ADLS is designed to help athletes build the self-command, communication, behavioral consistency, and cultural ownership required in serious environments.
This is not generic character content.
This is a structured leadership model that helps athletes grow from consumers of culture into protectors of standards.
WHAT ADLS IS
ADLS is the leadership system inside the broader BPG College Pathway.
It helps athletes develop the habits, leadership behaviors, and internal standards college coaches trust in serious competitive environments..
Built around a phased leadership progression, ADLS develops athletes through increasing levels of responsibility... from personal discipline and influence to communication, standards, and cultural ownership.
WHY IT MATTERS
A lot of athletes want opportunity.
Far fewer are prepared to lead inside it.
ADLS helps athletes move beyond motivation and into real standards... learning how to lead themselves, stabilize teammates, and carry responsibility inside competitive environments.
The goal is not to make athletes louder.
The goal is to make them more reliable, more mature, and more capable of holding up when pressure increases.
HOW IT FITS INSIDE THE PATHWAY
ADLS is a major part of the BPG College Pathway.
It supports athlete development by helping players build the maturity, communication habits, behavioral reliability, and leadership presence that strengthen college pathway readiness.
It also plays an important role in college-focused opportunities inside the pathway, including the BPG Mainland Residency.
Leadership readiness matters.
How an athlete communicates, responds to coaching, manages adversity, carries standards, and influences others affects how ready they are for more demanding environments.
WHAT ADLS DEVELOPS
Through ADLS, athletes learn how to:
- Lead themselves before trying to lead others
- Carry standards without constant supervision
- Communicate with more authority and clarity
- Improve behavioral consistency under pressure
- Become more reliable teammates inside serious environments
- Grow into leadership roles that help protect the standard of the group
THE BPG STANDARD
Inside BPG, leadership is not separate from performance.
It is part of performance.
ADLS reflects that belief by helping athletes develop the internal habits and external behaviors that make systems stronger, teams more stable, and environments more competitive.
This is leadership that is expected to function... not just sound good.
THE GOAL
The goal of ADLS is not to create louder athletes.
The goal is to develop athletes who can command themselves, influence others, protect standards, and carry real responsibility in college soccer environments that demand more than talent alone.
HOW ATHLETES ACCESS ADLS
ADLS is currently delivered through the BPG Training Membership and broader BPG College Pathway.
It is not currently available as a public standalone course.
Athletes who want access to ADLS should begin through the BPG Training Membership, where leadership development is integrated into the full performance pathway.
