This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information through our website, PlayMetrics, and any other registration, inquiry, payment, or communication platforms we use in connection with BPG services.

Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through BPG’s website, contact forms, registration pages, PlayMetrics, and other tools used to support BPG programs, events, services, and communications.

This may include, without limitation, information collected in connection with Club Partnerships, the College Pathway, High Percentage Finishing™, HPF Clinics, HPF Licensing, the BPG College Summit, the BPG Mainland Residency, Athlete Dominance Leadership™, and related current or future offerings.

Program and Inquiry Information: information submitted through forms, applications, interest forms, evaluations, event inquiries, pathway inquiries, club partnership inquiries, and communications with BPG.

Payment Information: payment and transaction information submitted through PlayMetrics or other third-party payment processors. BPG does not store full credit card numbers on its own local servers.

Technical and Usage Information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, approximate location information, referral source, and other website usage data collected through standard website technologies, cookies, analytics tools, or similar technologies.

process registrations, applications, inquiries, and payments;

BPG provides youth-facing athletic programming, but we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without parent or guardian involvement.

Registrations for minor participants must be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or other authorized adult. Any athlete-specific information collected for minors is used for registration, participation, communication, safety, administration, and related program purposes.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us without appropriate parent or guardian involvement, please contact us so we can review and address the issue.
