When you register for a High Percentage Finishing™ clinic or join the Blueprint Membership, we collect information necessary to deliver our programs, including:


  • Parent/Guardian Information: Name, email address, phone number, and billing address.
  • Athlete Information: Name, date of birth, gender, and current club/team affiliation.
  • Health & Safety Data: Emergency contact details and relevant medical notes or waivers required for safe participation.
  • Payment Data: All credit card and bank transactions are processed securely via PlayMetrics and its third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). BPG does not store full credit card numbers on our local servers.


2. How We Use Your Information


We use the collected data to:


  • Process registrations and secure clinic spots.
  • Communicate program updates, weather cancellations, and "Premier League Goals of the Week" homework assignments.
  • Improve our curriculum through the Delivery Audit and Performance Scoreboard™ processes.
  • Market future BPG programs and HPF clinics to your athletes.


3. Data Sharing & Ownership


Per our Clinic Licensing & Delivery Agreement, data ownership is structured as follows:


  • Master Data: BPG maintains ownership of the master registration database.
  • Host Partners: When you register for a clinic hosted by a local club or school, that specific Licensed Host Partner is granted access to the participant list for that event to ensure proper on-field delivery and safety.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with PlayMetrics solely to facilitate the registration and management of our programs. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing firms.


4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)


As a youth sports provider, we take the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) seriously.


  • We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.
  • All registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Any athlete-specific data collected is used strictly for program participation and safety purposes.


5. Data Security


We implement industry-standard security measures provided by the PlayMetrics platform to protect your information. While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


6. Your Rights & Choices


You may review, update, or request the deletion of your account information at any time by logging into your PlayMetrics account. To opt out of marketing communications from BPG, you can click the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails or contact us directly.


7. Changes to This Policy


BPG reserves the right to update this policy as our programs and technology evolve. Significant changes will be notified via the email address associated with your account.
