TIER 1: TRAINING MEMBERSHIP
THE CALIBRATION. Developing Relentless Competitors.
THE YEAR-ROUND ENGINE OF THE PATHWAY
The BPG Training Membership is the year-round performance environment that calibrates serious athletes to the BPG standard.
This is where talent starts becoming usable.
We use recurring training, tactical language, High Percentage Finishing™, Athlete Dominance Leadership™ (ADLS), and pathway structure to help athletes become more recruitable, more trustworthy, and more prepared for higher-level opportunities.
This is where athletes learn to think faster, make cleaner decisions, compete with greater consistency, and carry real value into more demanding environments.
It is also where BPG develops relentless competitors... athletes who can sustain a higher standard, respond under pressure, and become the kind of players coaches can trust.

What This Membership Is Built To Do
The purpose of the BPG Training Membership is to build the foundation required to become more recruitable, more trustworthy, and more prepared for higher-level placement opportunities.
That means:
- Increasing tactical literacy
- Reinforcing match-relevant decision-making
- Building consistency inside BPG’s performance language
- Improving finishing efficiency through HPF™ principles
- Developing maturity, accountability, and leadership habits through ADLS integration
- Developing the habits and behaviors of relentless competitors inside a structured performance environment
- Preparing the right athletes for advanced pathway opportunities, including the
BPG College Summit
and, where applicable, the
BPG Mainland Residency
The Training Structure
Training cadence, session frequency, and delivery format may vary by program environment, club partnership, calendar period, and athlete pathway.
Depending on the structure of the specific BPG offering, training may include recurring player sessions, High Percentage Finishing™ integration, event-based opportunities, online leadership access, family communication, and broader post-secondary pathway support.
For athletes participating through a club-embedded BPG partnership, the training structure may differ from independent or individually accessed BPG programs.
What Every Athlete Receives
Every athlete participating in the BPG Training Membership enters the broader BPG performance ecosystem and receives access to the developmental structure of the pathway, which may include:
- Recurring BPG training and tactical calibration, as applicable to the athlete’s program environment
- High Percentage Finishing™ methodology integration
- Access to ADLS, BPG’s leadership development framework
- Broader post-secondary pathway education and guidance
- Visibility into future BPG event opportunities, where applicable
- A structured environment designed to develop more relentless competitors over time
BPG is also building toward integrated video analysis within selected training, scrimmage, and residency environments to strengthen tactical review, accountability, and athlete evaluation, while helping athletes collect real performance evidence through clips that support stronger profiles for college coaches and post-secondary opportunities.
BPG’s role is to build readiness, increase clarity, and identify which athletes are truly prepared for deeper pathway support.
WHY BPG EXISTS ALONGSIDE CLUB SOCCER
BPG is not anti-club.
For some athletes, club soccer can still be part of the overall environment.
But club participation is not required to enter, develop, or advance inside the BPG pathway.
BPG exists because most environments were not built to align the pieces that matter most... tactical clarity, finishing efficiency, leadership development, accountability, communication, and real post-secondary pathway support.
If those pieces were already being delivered consistently inside the traditional model, BPG would not need to exist as a separate structure.
But they are not.
That is the gap BPG was built to fill.
Some athletes will use BPG alongside club soccer.
Others will move through the BPG pathway without relying on the club model at all.
BPG is a more complete pathway structure, and it does not depend on the club model.
What Is Reserved for Qualified Athletes
Not every athlete in the BPG environment automatically receives individualized college recruitment services or direct collegiate advocacy.
Enhanced recruiting support is reserved for athletes who, in BPG’s discretion, meet internal readiness and eligibility standards, which may include performance level, documentation readiness, behavior, consistency, pathway fit, and other BPG-defined criteria.
For qualified athletes, enhanced support may include deeper tactical profiling, pathway guidance, recruiting communication strategy, and direct collegiate advocacy.
The Goal
The goal of the BPG Training Membership is not simply to help athletes train harder.
The goal is to help the right athletes become more valuable, more prepared, and more aligned before the highest-stakes recruiting conversations begin.
This is the calibration layer.
This is where BPG athletes build the tactical clarity, leadership maturity, finishing discipline, and competitive consistency required to move forward.
This is where BPG develops athletes who are not just trying to get recruited... but are becoming worth recruiting.
This is where BPG develops relentless competitors.
The Pathway Forward
For athletes who continue to separate themselves, the Training Membership may lead into later pathway opportunities, including:
BPG COLLEGE SUMMIT
The live connection point where athletes, families, and college coaches interact in a coaching-heavy environment designed to strengthen fit, clarity, and pathway understanding.
BPG MAINLAND RESIDENCY
The selection-based verification stage for athletes who meet BPG’s standards and are ready for a higher level of exposure, evaluation, and fit testing.
Important Note
Program structure, training cadence, recruiting support, and event eligibility vary by offering, club partnership, participant readiness, and BPG’s operational discretion.
Participation in BPG programming does not guarantee individualized college advocacy, team placement, scholarship aid, admission, or any specific athletic or collegiate outcome.
