By accessing this website, submitting information through our forms or registration platform, registering for a program, event, clinic, or service, or participating in BPG programming, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Use of Website and Registration Portal

This website and any related registration pages are provided for informational, inquiry, registration, and communication purposes. You agree to use this website and portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

If you register a participant or submit information to BPG, you agree that the information provided is accurate, current, and complete. If you register a minor, you represent that you are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to act on that participant’s behalf.

BPG Programs and Services

BPG offers programs, events, services, and opportunities that may include, without limitation, Club Partnerships, the College Pathway, High Percentage Finishing™, clinics, licensing opportunities, the BPG College Summit, the BPG Mainland Residency, and other current or future offerings described on this website.

Program structure, training cadence, service levels, eligibility, participant access, event availability, and support may vary by offering, operational needs, participant readiness, host arrangement, scheduling, staffing, and BPG discretion.

No Guarantee of Athletic, Recruiting, or College Outcome

BPG provides training, education, evaluation environments, pathway support, and related services designed to support athlete development and decision-making. However, participation in BPG programming does not guarantee team placement, playing time, recruitment, individualized college advocacy, scholarship aid, admission, roster selection, athletic advancement, or any specific athletic, academic, or collegiate outcome.

Individual results depend on many factors beyond BPG’s control, including effort, attendance, coachability, health, maturity, fit, timing, competition, and third-party decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content, curriculum, frameworks, methodologies, systems, terminology, written materials, graphics, videos, branding, coaching language, proprietary KPIs, names, trademarks, service marks, and related assets made available by BPG are and remain the exclusive property of Blueprint Performance Group LLC or its licensors.

This includes, without limitation, High Percentage Finishing™, proprietary systems, proprietary training language, branded frameworks, standardized coaching cues, and related BPG materials.

No BPG content or intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, displayed, taught, licensed, sold, adapted, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial or instructional purposes without prior written consent from BPG.

Unauthorized use of BPG systems, coaching language, branded terminology, training methods, or substantially similar adapted versions intended to replicate BPG’s proprietary work is prohibited.

Registration and Communications

Registrations and inquiries may be processed through BPG’s website, PlayMetrics, or another platform designated by BPG.

By registering or submitting an inquiry, you consent to receive transactional, operational, scheduling, program-related, and follow-up communications from BPG and, where applicable, authorized delivery or host partners involved in a specific offering.

Submission of a registration request or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance into any specific program, event, or service.

Fees, Refunds, Credits, and Changes

Unless otherwise stated on the specific registration page for a given program, clinic, or event, registration fees are non-refundable within fourteen (14) days of the applicable start date.

If BPG approves a refund, BPG may deduct non-recoverable processing fees, platform fees, payment transaction fees, or other non-refundable third-party charges.

BPG reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, shorten, combine, or modify any program, session, or event due to weather, field or facility conditions, safety concerns, staffing issues, host issues, low enrollment, force majeure events, travel disruptions, or other circumstances reasonably affecting delivery.

Where appropriate, BPG may offer a rescheduled session, transfer, future credit, partial refund, or other remedy in its discretion. No specific remedy is guaranteed unless stated in writing by BPG.

Assumption of Risk and Participation Requirements

Participation in soccer, athletic training, travel-based events, live evaluation environments, and related activities involves inherent risks, including physical contact, falls, collisions, overexertion, equipment-related incidents, travel-related risks, and other known and unknown risks that may result in injury, illness, disability, emotional stress, or property loss.

Participants may be required to complete waivers, releases, medical disclosures, emergency contact information, code-of-conduct acknowledgments, or other participation documents before taking part in BPG programming. BPG may refuse or suspend participation where required documentation has not been completed.

Medical and Emergency Matters

Parents, guardians, and adult participants are responsible for providing accurate medical, allergy, medication, and emergency contact information where requested.

BPG does not guarantee on-site medical personnel at every offering. In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, BPG and its staff, contractors, and authorized partners may take reasonable steps to obtain care, contact emergency services, and/or notify the listed emergency contact.

Media Release

Unless a written opt-out is submitted to BPG in advance and accepted where applicable, you grant BPG permission to photograph, film, record, and use the participant’s name, image, likeness, voice, and performance in connection with BPG’s educational, promotional, editorial, archival, and marketing purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation.

BPG will use reasonable discretion in selecting and publishing media content, but cannot guarantee removal from all previously published materials or third-party shares once content has been released.

Third-Party Platforms and Links

This website and registration process may include or rely on third-party tools, websites, payment processors, scheduling tools, communications platforms, or registration systems. BPG is not responsible for the availability, policies, security, or content of third-party services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Licensing and Commercial Use

Nothing on this website grants any right to reproduce, host, teach, resell, license, adapt, distribute, or commercially use BPG intellectual property, clinic models, frameworks, or branded systems.

Any coach, club, school, or organization seeking to use BPG content, systems, or branded offerings in a commercial, instructional, or hosted capacity must enter into a separate written agreement with BPG.

Privacy

Information submitted through this website, forms, or registration platforms is subject to BPG’s Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time. By using this website or submitting information, you consent to the collection, use, and handling of your information as described in that policy.

Disclaimers

This website and all BPG content, services, and offerings are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. BPG makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted access, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BPG and its owners, officers, directors, employees, coaches, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and authorized partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the website, registration process, or participation in any BPG program, event, or service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any direct liability of BPG arising out of a paid offering shall not exceed the amount actually paid to BPG for the specific offering giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Unless a separate written agreement signed by BPG provides otherwise, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any BPG offering shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu County, Hawaiʻi, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Changes to These Terms

BPG may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on this website. The revised Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of the website or participation in BPG programming after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
