By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, registering for a program, purchasing a membership, registering for an event or clinic, submitting participant information, communicating with BPG, or participating in any BPG service, program, clinic, membership, event, training session, or related activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this website, submit information, register, purchase, or participate in BPG programming.


Use of Website


This website is provided for informational, inquiry, registration, payment, communication, and program-related purposes.


You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, accessibility, or proper use of the site.


You may not use this website to submit false, misleading, harmful, unauthorized, or unlawful information.


Parent or Guardian Responsibility


If you submit information, register, purchase, or authorize participation for a minor, you represent that you are the participant’s parent, legal guardian, or otherwise legally authorized to act on the participant’s behalf.


You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during inquiry, registration, payment, waiver, and participation processes.


You are also responsible for informing BPG of any relevant medical, safety, emergency contact, allergy, medication, physical limitation, behavioral, custody, or participation-related information that may affect the participant’s involvement.


BPG Programs and Services


BPG may offer training, memberships, events, clinics, educational content, leadership development, college preparation support, finishing development, evaluation opportunities, travel-related experiences, and other current or future services.


Current or future BPG offerings may include, without limitation:

  • High Percentage Finishing™
  • HPF Membership
  • HPF Clinics
  • BPG College Summit
  • BPG Mainland Residency
  • Athlete Dominance Leadership™
  • HPF Licensing
  • Organization partnerships
  • Online or in-person educational content
  • Related programs, services, events, or opportunities


Program names, structures, dates, schedules, prices, locations, eligibility requirements, staffing, coaching involvement, available services, and participation requirements may change at any time.


Memberships


BPG memberships may include access to training sessions, development environments, educational content, feedback, event consideration, and other program elements as described during registration or on the applicable membership page.


Membership access does not guarantee:


  • A specific number of sessions
  • A specific coach
  • A specific training location
  • A specific training group
  • Event selection
  • Roster placement
  • College advocacy
  • Coach interest
  • College admission
  • Scholarship aid
  • Recruiting outcomes
  • Athletic improvement
  • Any specific athletic, academic, recruiting, or collegiate result


Training schedules, field availability, session structure, staffing, friendlies, video access, feedback, and membership benefits may vary based on season, location, operational capacity, facility availability, weather, participant readiness, enrollment, safety, and BPG’s discretion.


Memberships may be subject to registration terms, billing terms, cancellation rules, payment deadlines, processing fees, and program-specific requirements provided during registration.


Events, Clinics, And Selected Opportunities


BPG events, clinics, and selected opportunities may have separate eligibility requirements, registration procedures, payment terms, schedules, waivers, travel requirements, and participation rules.


Some opportunities, including the BPG Mainland Residency or other selected environments, may not be open-registration opportunities. Selection may be based on BPG’s evaluation of player readiness, maturity, behavior, performance habits, positional fit, operational needs, family commitment, safety, or other relevant factors.


Registration for one BPG program does not guarantee acceptance, selection, or participation in another BPG program.


Participation in any clinic, membership, event, summit, residency, training session, or BPG service does not guarantee coach interest, recruiting outcomes, scholarships, college admission, roster spots, team placement, athletic improvement, or future selection.


Payments, Fees, Refunds, And Cancellations


Program fees, membership fees, event fees, clinic fees, processing fees, and payment schedules may vary by offering.


All payment terms, refund rules, cancellation rules, late fees, processing fees, and deadlines are controlled by the specific registration page, invoice, agreement, membership terms, or written communication connected to the applicable BPG offering.


Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are not guaranteed to be refundable after registration, purchase, program start, event start, missed attendance, voluntary withdrawal, removal, or failure to participate.

BPG may cancel, postpone, reschedule, modify, or relocate programs, sessions, clinics, events, or services due to weather, field availability, staffing, safety concerns, enrollment, travel issues, operational needs, force majeure events, or other circumstances.


If BPG cancels or materially changes a paid offering, BPG will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, credit, rescheduled session, substitute service, or other resolution at BPG’s discretion, subject to applicable law and the specific program terms.


Health, Safety, And Participation Risk


Participation in soccer training, athletic activity, travel, events, clinics, competition, and related programming involves inherent risks.


These risks may include, without limitation, physical injury, illness, collision, fatigue, dehydration, heat illness, travel-related issues, equipment-related issues, facility conditions, weather exposure, and other risks associated with athletic participation.


Participants are responsible for being physically prepared and medically cleared to participate.


BPG does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or healthcare services.


BPG may require waivers, releases, emergency contact information, medical disclosures, or other safety-related documents before participation.


BPG reserves the right to remove, restrict, or deny participation to any participant when BPG determines that participation may create a safety, behavioral, operational, or program integrity concern.


Conduct And Program Standards


Participants and families are expected to behave respectfully, communicate honestly, follow staff instructions, arrive prepared, and support a safe and productive training environment.


BPG may remove, suspend, restrict, or decline participation for behavior that BPG determines is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, dishonest, harmful to the environment, inconsistent with program standards, or not in the best interest of the participant, group, staff, organization, or event.


Removal, suspension, or denial of participation does not automatically entitle a participant or family to a refund.


College Recruiting And Player Outcomes


BPG provides player development, training, finishing development, leadership development, educational guidance, feedback, and college preparation support.


BPG does not guarantee:


  • College recruitment
  • College coach interest
  • College admission
  • Athletic scholarships
  • Financial aid
  • Roster placement
  • Team selection
  • Event selection
  • College advocacy
  • Any specific athletic, academic, recruiting, or collegiate outcome


Any feedback, evaluation, guidance, or recommendation provided by BPG is based on BPG’s opinion and may change over time.


Families remain responsible for academic eligibility, admissions requirements, financial aid processes, NCAA/NAIA/JUCO rules, recruiting communication, college applications, and final college decisions.


Video, Photo, Media, And Feedback


BPG may photograph, film, record, livestream, review, or otherwise capture training sessions, clinics, events, games, friendlies, meetings, interviews, player actions, or related activities for coaching, feedback, education, safety, marketing, documentation, or operational purposes.


Video-supported feedback may be used when available, but is not guaranteed.


BPG does not guarantee that any participant will receive footage, clips, highlights, recruiting video, analysis, or media content.


By participating in BPG programming, and unless otherwise restricted by written agreement or applicable law, you authorize BPG to use photos, video, audio, names, likenesses, and performance content for coaching, internal review, education, marketing, social media, website content, promotional materials, and related business purposes.


If you have a specific media restriction, you must notify BPG in writing before participation.


Intellectual Property


All BPG content, curriculum, methods, frameworks, systems, terminology, training language, written materials, graphics, videos, images, presentations, documents, website content, branding, logos, service marks, trademarks, proprietary KPIs, coaching models, High Percentage Finishing™, Athlete Dominance Leadership™, and related materials are owned by Blueprint Performance Group LLC or its licensors.


You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, modify, teach, use commercially, or create derivative works from BPG materials, systems, methods, language, or content without prior written permission from BPG.


Participation in BPG programming does not give any participant, parent, coach, club, school, organization, or third party ownership rights or usage rights in BPG intellectual property.


Third-Party Platforms and Links


BPG may use third-party platforms for registration, payments, communication, scheduling, email, forms, analytics, video, or related services.


Use of third-party platforms may be subject to those providers’ own terms, privacy policies, and practices.


BPG is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, policies, outages, errors, payment processing issues, data practices, or content.


This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement or responsibility for those third-party sites.


Foundation And Donation-Related Information


The BPG Foundation is a separate nonprofit organization from Blueprint Performance Group LLC.

Any foundation, donation, scholarship, award, or donor-related information is subject to the applicable Foundation documents, policies, donor guidelines, eligibility standards, available funds, and legal requirements.


Foundation support, awards, or funding are not guaranteed.


Blueprint Performance Group LLC does not control final donation tax treatment. Donors should consult their own tax, financial, or legal advisors regarding charitable giving, deductibility, and related questions.


Website Content And Accuracy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BPG and its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, coaches, volunteers, partners, affiliates, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to website use, registration, participation, non-participation, program changes, athletic outcomes, recruiting outcomes, travel, injuries, third-party services, or reliance on website content.


Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.


Indemnification


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BPG and its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, coaches, volunteers, partners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or demands arising from your use of the website, your submitted information, your breach of these Terms, your participation or your minor child’s participation in BPG programming, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.


Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to conflict of law principles.


Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, this website, registration, payment, or BPG programming shall be handled in the appropriate courts or forums located in Hawaiʻi, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The updated Terms become effective when posted.


Continued use of the website, submission of information, registration, purchase, or participation in BPG programming after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
