THE BPG FOUNDATION
DONOR & AWARD GUIDELINES
Responsible Giving. Responsible Support.
The BPG Foundation was created to support student-athletes through leadership training, collegiate placement assistance, and approved development, travel, exposure, and post-secondary pathway opportunities.
These guidelines explain how donations are handled, how support may be awarded, and how the Foundation protects its charitable and educational purpose.
The BPG Foundation is committed to supporting student-athletes in a way that is fair, transparent, and aligned with applicable nonprofit guidelines.
SEPARATE ENTITY AND USE OF FUNDS
The BPG Foundation is a separate nonprofit organization from Blueprint Performance Group LLC.
The Foundation exists to support student-athletes through leadership training, collegiate placement assistance, and approved development, travel, exposure, and post-secondary pathway opportunities.
Donation funds are not used to compensate owners, directors, members, coaches, employees, or staff of Blueprint Performance Group LLC.
Foundation resources are used to support eligible student-athletes and approved athlete opportunity expenses, subject to Foundation policies, available funds, eligibility review, and applicable nonprofit guidelines.
The BPG Foundation retains discretion and control over all donations and award decisions to ensure funds are used responsibly and in alignment with the Foundation’s charitable and educational purpose.
DONATION HANDLING
Donations made to The BPG Foundation are received and administered by the Foundation.
Donors may express a preference for a fund, campaign, opportunity area, or support category, but all donations remain subject to Foundation review, discretion, and control.
This means the Foundation may consider donor preferences, but final decisions regarding the use of funds, athlete eligibility, award amount, timing, and approved expenses are made by The BPG Foundation.
This structure helps ensure that donations are used responsibly and in alignment with the Foundation’s mission.
DONOR PREFERENCES AND ATHLETE OPPORTUNITY CAMPAIGNS
The BPG Foundation may allow donors to contribute in support of approved student-athlete opportunity campaigns.
These campaigns may help offset approved costs connected to leadership training, college pathway development, travel, tournaments, college ID camps, showcases, residency experiences, or other post-secondary pathway opportunities.
Donors may identify a campaign or opportunity they wish to support, where permitted.
However, The BPG Foundation retains discretion and control over all donated funds and all award decisions.
Contributions cannot be guaranteed to benefit a specific individual unless permitted under Foundation policy and applicable law.
All athlete opportunity campaigns are subject to Foundation review, eligibility standards, available funding, and applicable nonprofit guidelines.

ELIGIBILITY AND REVIEW
Foundation support may be available to student-athletes from any club, school, training environment, or community program, provided the opportunity aligns with the Foundation’s charitable and educational purpose.
The BPG Foundation is not limited to BPG athletes.
While approved BPG-related opportunities may be eligible for support, the Foundation’s mission is broader: to help reduce financial barriers for student-athletes pursuing meaningful leadership, collegiate, development, travel, exposure, and post-secondary pathway opportunities.
Priority may be given to student-athletes who demonstrate:
- Financial need
- Commitment to development
- Strong character and accountability
- Leadership potential
- Readiness for the opportunity
- A clear purpose for the requested support
- Alignment between the opportunity and the athlete’s long-term educational, athletic, or collegiate goals
The Foundation exists to support access, not entitlement.

IRA AND PLANNED GIVING
Some donors may wish to support The BPG Foundation through retirement-account-related giving, donor-advised funds, business grants, or other charitable giving strategies.
The BPG Foundation welcomes these conversations, but donors should consult their tax advisor, financial advisor, or legal advisor before making any contribution involving retirement accounts, IRA distributions, donor-advised funds, business entities, or other planned giving methods.
Tax treatment may depend on the donor’s individual circumstances, the timing and structure of the donation, and the Foundation’s final tax-exempt determination.
The BPG Foundation does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.
501(c)(3) STATUS
The BPG Foundation is organized as a nonprofit organization and is currently awaiting 501(c)(3) determination.
Tax-deductibility of donations may depend on final IRS approval, the timing and structure of the donation, and applicable tax rules.
Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any contribution, including donations made by check, through retirement accounts, donor-advised funds, business grants, student-athlete opportunity campaigns, or other giving methods.
NO GUARANTEE OF SUPPORT OR OUTCOME
Foundation support is not guaranteed.
Support is subject to available funding, athlete eligibility, demonstrated need, opportunity fit, Foundation review, and applicable nonprofit guidelines.
Receiving Foundation support does not guarantee college recruitment, roster placement, scholarship aid, admission, team selection, event acceptance, or any specific athletic or collegiate outcome.
Foundation support is intended to reduce financial barriers and expand access to meaningful opportunities. It does not guarantee the result of those opportunities.
POLICY UPDATES
The BPG Foundation may update these Donor & Award Guidelines from time to time as its programs, funding, application process, nonprofit status, or operational needs evolve.
The Foundation reserves the right to interpret and apply these guidelines in a manner consistent with its charitable and educational purpose, applicable law, and nonprofit best practices.
IMPORTANT NOTE
These guidelines are provided for general informational purposes and are not intended as tax, legal, or financial advice.
Donors, families, and applicants should consult their own qualified advisors regarding tax treatment, charitable giving, eligibility, financial aid, and related matters.
The BPG Foundation retains discretion and control over all donations, funds, award decisions, and support determinations.
