Welcome to the official website and registration portal of Blueprint Performance Group LLC (“BPG”), home of High Percentage Finishing™. By accessing this website or registering for any program, you agree to the following terms.


1. Ownership of Intellectual Property


All curricula, training methodologies, and brand assets—including but not limited to the High Percentage Finishing™ system, the 6 KPIs of Elite Scoring, The 6 Phase Dominance Model™, and The Development Rail™—are the exclusive intellectual property of Blueprint Performance Group LLC.


  • Fixed Language: The specific names of the KPIs and coaching cues (e.g., “Inside the box is not the place to prove power”) are proprietary.
  • Restrictions: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or "nicknaming" of these systems by participants or non-licensed coaches is strictly prohibited.


2. Clinic Registration & PlayMetrics Portal


All registrations are processed through our PlayMetrics portal.


  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate participant information.
  • Master Data: Per our licensing standards, BPG remains the owner of the master registration data. By registering, you consent to receive program-related communications from BPG and its licensed host partners.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy


Unless otherwise stated in a specific clinic's registration page:


  • General Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable within 14 days of the clinic start date.
  • Processing Fees: Any approved refunds will be minus the non-reimbursable PlayMetrics/credit card processing fees.
  • Cancellations: In the event BPG or a Host Partner must cancel a clinic due to weather or facility issues, we will prioritize rescheduling. If a reschedule is not possible, a credit toward a future clinic will be issued.


4. Participant Safety & Liability


Soccer is a physical sport with inherent risks.


  • Waiver: All participants must have a signed "Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk" form on file via PlayMetrics before stepping onto the pitch.
  • Insurance: While BPG provides the system and curriculum, the Licensed Host Partner (e.g., the local club or school) is responsible for maintaining primary liability insurance for the duration of the event.


5. Licensing for Coaches & Clubs


Users interested in the National Clinic Fundraising System agree that:

  • Execution of the Clinic Licensing & Delivery Agreement is required before using BPG assets.
  • Licensed partners must adhere to the Delivery Audit Checklist to maintain brand standards.
  • The 80/20 revenue split is calculated based on Net Revenue (Gross Revenue minus Allowable Direct Clinic Expenses) as defined in the BPG Payout Request Form.


6. Media Release


BPG and its partners often capture photos and videos for training and marketing purposes. By participating in a clinic, you grant BPG a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the participant’s likeness in promotional materials (social media, website, etc.) unless a written opt-out is provided prior to the start of the session.


7. Governing Law


These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi. Any disputes arising from these terms or BPG programs shall be resolved in the courts of Honolulu, HI.
