ORGANIZATION PARTNERSHIPS

Selective Support for Aligned Programs

BPG can support schools, academies, teams, clubs, nonprofits, and community organizations that want access to a more structured performance and pathway model.

These partnerships are selective.

BPG does not provide random supplemental training or disconnected programming.

We work best with organizations that understand the value of standards, tactical language, High Percentage Finishing™ integration, Athlete Dominance Leadership™ development, athlete evaluation, and pathway clarity.

BPG can work alongside the club model, but it does not depend on it.

The pathway is built around the athlete first.

WHAT A BPG ORGANIZATION PARTNERSHIP IS

A BPG Organization Partnership is a structured service model that brings selected pieces of the BPG pathway into an aligned organization.

Depending on the partnership structure, this may include recurring player development, HPF integration, ADLS leadership development, coach education, parent communication, athlete evaluation, and broader college pathway support.

The goal is not to add more activity.

The goal is to help the organization create a more coherent development environment for serious athletes.

THE BPG PATHWAY MODEL

BPG is an independent performance pathway.

High Percentage Finishing™ (HPF) introduces athletes to the methodology.

The Training Membership builds the foundation.

Athlete Dominance Leadership™ (ADLS) develops the leadership and trust factor.

The College Summit creates connection.

The Mainland Residency verifies readiness.

The BPG Foundation supports access.

Organization partnerships may connect to selected parts of this model, but the pathway itself does not depend on any single club, school, team, or organization.

WHAT BPG CAN PROVIDE

Organization partnerships may include:

  • Recurring player development
  • High Percentage Finishing™ clinics or integration
  • Athlete Dominance Leadership™ development
  • Coach education
  • Athlete evaluation tools
  • Family pathway education
  • College pathway support
  • College Summit connection opportunities
  • Residency identification opportunities
  • Custom programming based on organizational needs and BPG capacity

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

Most programs layer on disconnected services.

BPG builds one operating standard.

Our model is designed to align language, performance expectations, finishing principles, leadership development, family communication, and pathway structure so athletes are not just active... they are being developed inside a coherent system.

That means:

  • Clearer tactical language
  • Stronger finishing decision-making
  • More consistent developmental structure
  • Better family communication
  • Leadership development that is teachable
  • Cleaner separation between general pathway access and deeper recruiting support

WHO THIS IS FOR

This is for organizations that want:

  • More than generic technical sessions
  • A clearer performance structure
  • A real finishing framework
  • Leadership development that connects to athlete behavior
  • Stronger family-facing pathway communication
  • A system that supports serious athletes without overpromising outcomes

This is not for organizations looking for a vendor to run disconnected extra sessions.

BPG partnerships require alignment, clarity, and a willingness to protect the standard.

HOW BPG WORKS WITH ORGANIZATIONS

Every partnership is built around the needs and realities of the organization while preserving BPG’s methodology and standards.

BPG retains control over its programming design, methodology, event operations, communication standards, and service-delivery structure.

Organizations may receive selected programming, education, support, and pathway access based on the agreed partnership model.

The objective is not to make BPG dependent on the organization.

The objective is to strengthen the athlete development environment.

WHAT IS RESERVED FOR QUALIFIED ATHLETES

Not every athlete participating through an organization partnership automatically receives individualized college recruitment services or direct collegiate advocacy.

Enhanced recruiting support is reserved for athletes who, in BPG’s discretion, meet internal readiness and eligibility standards.

Those standards may include performance level, behavior, consistency, documentation readiness, pathway fit, coachability, leadership habits, and other BPG-defined criteria.

BPG’s role is to build readiness, increase clarity, and identify which athletes are truly prepared for deeper pathway support.

Important Note

Program structure, training cadence, recruiting support, and event eligibility vary by offering, organization partnership, participant readiness, and BPG’s operational discretion.

Participation in BPG programming does not guarantee individualized college advocacy, team placement, scholarship aid, admission, or any specific athletic or collegiate outcome.
